CM FPL is operated by Alex Payne Ltd (referred to as “CM FPL”, “we”, or “us”). This policy explains how the CM FPL website and packaged iOS and Android applications handle information. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Information we use
When you enter an FPL Team ID, CM FPL requests publicly available Fantasy Premier League information associated with that ID. This can include the team and manager names, squad selections, transfers, gameweek history, scores, rankings, leagues, fixtures, and player data.
CM FPL does not request your FPL password or private FPL account credentials. It does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, advertising identifier, or other sensitive device permissions.
How information is used
Your Team ID and public FPL data are used only to provide the game, including squad, transfer, fixture, match, and league views. In-session changes are held on your device while CM FPL is open and are not stored in a CM FPL user account.
Services and sharing
Requests are sent securely through CM FPL’s Cloudflare-hosted, read-only proxy to the public Fantasy Premier League service. Cloudflare may process network information such as IP address, request details, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Fantasy Premier League supplies the requested public game data.
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated, cookie-free traffic and performance measurement. The packaged iOS and Android apps do not load that website analytics script.
Links opened in an external browser, including CM FPL on X, are governed by the destination service’s own privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
CM FPL does not maintain an account database or permanently store your Team ID or in-session game changes on its own application servers. Closing or reloading the current version clears in-session changes. Cloudflare may retain limited operational and security logs under its service configuration and retention practices.
Security and international processing
CM FPL uses HTTPS, restricts its data proxy to specific read-only public endpoints, and does not handle FPL credentials. Cloudflare and Fantasy Premier League may process information in countries outside your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You can use CM FPL without creating an account and can stop processing by closing the app or website. Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact us to make a request. Because CM FPL does not maintain user accounts, we may hold no information that can be linked back to you.
Children
CM FPL is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect private information from children.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before introducing accounts, persistent cloud saves, advertising, additional analytics, or materially different data use. The effective date at the top of this page will change when the policy changes.
